If you are the property owner who is done with all the risks of long-term rentals due to bad tenants, or seeking to boost property income to cover high mortgage expense, or unsure how to venture into short-term rentals, we’ve got you covered.


A brief intro about me: I'm Anne, a business leader with 13 years in Global Brand and Retail Management. In 2021, I came to Canada, landed a well-paying job, but it lacked the freedom to care for my kids. So, I ventured into other income streams beyond corporate life, buying properties in Ontario and starting my own short-term rental journey.


I started KAKI property management to help other fellow landlords confidently navigate the world of short-term rentals, with a property owner mindset. I've been through the highs and lows, and now I'm here to share my insights, providing support and guidance to turn your properties into thriving, income-generating spaces.

SET UP YOUR AIRBNB

  • Assist owner through Short-Term Rental (STR) License process in Canada
  • Conduct property walk-through (remotely or on-site)
  • Conduct property surveys to identify needed home systems and furnishings for STR.
  • Includes complimentary photography and video shooting for the property if the property is within the City Of Ottawa. If the property is not within the City Of Ottawa, we will provide a photo and video shooting guide to the owner.

MANAGE YOUR AIRBNB

  • We offer CORE and FULL SERVICE MANAGEMENT, ranging from 15%-25% of gross revenue plus HST, depending on scope and property location. Listed scope:


  1. Conduct property surveys to identify needed home systems and furnishings.
  2. Listing creation with photos and keywords
  3. End-to-end booking management
  4. Guest safety info and handbook
  5. Customized pricing for max revenue
  6. File insurance claims with Airbnb
